Sarn Group exists to give business owners and leadership teams something they rarely get from inside their own organisation: an honest, independent and commercially sharp view of where they are, where the growth is, and how to reach it. We provide high-impact strategic and operational consultancy that strengthens sales performance, clarifies business direction and drives sustainable growth. Our role is to be a trusted partner through the decisions that matter most.
Sarn Group is owned and led by Neil Jones. Neil has spent his career helping businesses find direction and turn it into commercial performance.
Before founding Sarn Group, he was Group Business Development Director for a global precision technologies organisation, responsible for an international client base across the B2B and B2C sectors and a sales quota of around £360 million. He has worked at Board and Executive level across UK and international markets, and that experience shapes how Sarn Group works today: practical, commercially grounded and focused on results.
Clients consistently describe Neil as a clear thinker and creative problem solver, a trusted sounding board, a genuinely attentive listener, and an energetic, credible partner who is personally invested in their success.
Away from work, Neil is a qualified FA football coach and past chairman of one of the largest junior football clubs in Cheshire. It is a role that calls on much of the same.
